Something a little more FAITH promoting...

After my last few blogs, I figured you all might want something a little more FAITH promoting...well, here you go:

George Michael - Faith -

Or was this just another example of #3 on my previous list?

I'm positive any song whose title is "Faith" must be faith-promoting.

Of course, for many women watching george michael shake his booty would be a faith promoting experience - if, that is, you are into men who wear purple jeans and reflective sunglasses.

I thought of another one for your list: beer commercials. I love beer commercials. And i don't think watching people enjoy a brewskie is going to somehow make me end up in a bar with no idea how i got there, chuggin 'em back with jim-bob and the gang.

Oh, and another one: I did not go to BYU. I never wanted to go to BYU. I never attended the Single's Ward or those hopping Single's Dances (more than once). And didn't think Institute was a great place to snag an RM to marry. (The fact that I got an RM and married young is completely beside the point).

And, I was a bishop's daughter...and I don't think I was a wild rabble-rouser. And I didn't date the Stake Pres' son (haha heidi).

sorry, one more...just because someone cries while attempting to bear their testimony - that is not necessarily a sign of spirituality. emotion does not automatically equal spiritual sensitivity. and undocumented stories heard from a friend of a cousin of a guy who once thought he saw a general authority at the grocery store make me crazy! if you don't know the source don't quote it! and please don't cry about it!

plus, i've never found in the scriptures where Jesus Christ is quoted "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it." Placed on a keychain at Ensign books does not make it scripture!

Umm....okay? Let's start with A) Wrong blog entry for those comments. B) It appears that my dry comedic sarcasm has injected a deep cynical transformation in my wife and she has gone over to the dark side.

There appears to be deep wounds here. Should we find a therapist? Think of the children...

Wow this was a flash back from the past. I never thought of myself as a George Michael fan, but I just could help myself but to sing along while watching this little video.

Did you see the Pilot of Eli Stone last season?? He had visions of George Michael following him, singing this song--- it was actually pretty funny... worth finding (abc.com) Heidi

We have seen every episode and LOVE that show. That is near the top of the highly anticipated returning shows...and they show it online!

heidi is SOOO out of the loop, the first thing i thought of when i saw what you meant by your title, was ELI STONE!! i can't wait for that show ... and heroes, of course ... and LOST ... dang i watch too much TV.

you know its bad when rob asked me when heroes returns and his response "only 2 weeks before #2 comes ... i guess we'll be watching it while we're taking care of her!" haha

and i told everyone my due date last time with aidan was when lost returned from it's break. i need a life apparently!

how sad that soooo many women are in love with george michael and he just want's their husbands ... HAHA!

speaking of nicole not needing to go to institute to snag an RM ... *my* mormon cultural sin is that i'm not married to an RM and i'm totally okay with that. (i know ... don't EVER tell the YW that!!! sheesh!)
